our room was next to the laundry and we could hear the dryers running when we first went to bed.

staff kind enough to put my laundry in their commercial dryer since their dryer for clients use was hopeless

cubby instead of giving us fresh towels, and when we asked for towels they said they had not done laundry yet

hairdryer didn't work, nothing in stock for breakfast, (which was only muffins and coffee), guest laundry was

there was no clean laundry so one towel one wash cloth in room

pool seemed clean, parking lot was clean

the dryer dont work and they wont give u a refund but if u complain they will let u use the laundry for the

trash under the chairs hair in bathtub (which would not drain) we were down the hall from the laundry room where

halls were a little dirty and laundry facilities could be updated but they did work!!
