quiet comfy polite people...coffee and laundry room. good location. slept well

this time i found the laundry room with two k-cup coffee makers, k-cup dispenser (purchase k-cups), and the

easy accessable rooms. laundry worked well.

this clean as expected i was also charged an extra $15 for my very small pet which was not included in the price

charged me 20 for a 1 hour late check out

the bar and the gambling machines.

also, the bar was closed

the bar located in the main entrance is not for hotel use only banquets

i was checking in, the bar in the hotel is near the front desk

the walls had no noise blocking capability and parking lot sounds transmitted with ease as did sound from

laundry area small & dryer had to be fixed by staff before i could use it & after because coin

nice breakfast, restaurants close by and one right across the parking lot

we turned on the whirlpool function, the water spewed a foot above the water, splashing our eyes with (chlorine

they seemed to think we snuck her in but i booked it saying we had a pet

non functioning toilet mentioned above. exercise equipment in fitness area did not work.

wifi was horrible. couldn't get a strong enough or continuous signal to keep connected.

the room was very clean, the bed was lovely, and the wifi was decent

parking is generous, very close to 3 gas stations

it was just the day we were there, but the breakfast area was almost bare

since covid breakfast was pick it up return to our room, it was certainly adequate

no lights in the parking lot

the wifi didnt work all weekend, which sucks when you have work to do

shower problems ,dated , water didn't drain, faucets didn't work well, wifi not working

the clothes dryer did not work leaving me with a pile of wet laundry

though the staff was working the desk the breakfast and staying on top of laundry the housekeeper kept bringing

she even asked my kids how they liked the pool

the other like is the breakfast offerings in that there is a little bit of everything for everybody and it's

toilets in the parking lot was nice to look at

the laundry price hike was not their fault and they were very apologetic

hallways smelled like skunk in other words lotta people smoking weed which was not enjoyable

the young woman in the breakfast area was so kind and pleasant

staff breakfast included nice pool for the kids good size room with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine,

they have nice kitchenettes instead

was a very nice hotel, polite staff, free wifi, pool

window shade didn't pull down. parking lot lights shining inside our room all night.

they handled all the decorating and even offered a late check out the next day

pleasant front desk staff. really nice carpeting. helpful & clean laundry.

3rd floor hall carpet smelled musty and well traveled

my friend could here the laundry going from their

good nights sleep and you can t beat cracker barrel right across the parking lot

was friendly; breakfast was consistent with other hampton inn facilities; appreciated the pet friendly option
