like cigarettes, the dog in the front entrance area, guest laundry was not 24 hours, dead bugs in the hallway,

place was fairly clean unless you used the back stairs to the upstairs and the laundry room was a little

stripping on door was worn out, the complex was worn down, the parking lot was ratty, filthy laundry facilities
