good wifi and parking directly in front of the room

when room service came the only provided us with additional towels

i was disappointed that the wifi sign-in was difficult there were no coffee packets in the room to perk and

wifi did not work, ac leaked, cannot call office from room, vanity light didn't work properly

charges hidden fees, rooms are dirty, no ice, no wifi, bathroom dirty, amenities checked in description when

bed was super comfortable! breakfast was yummy and the staff was super friendly!

breakfast staff were outstanding, constantly refilling the line, cleaning up after customers, and

breakfast was good and the area clean and well kept

kids loved the breakfast.

the hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub

rather it would have had an outdoor pool.

trash sitting outside. linens on ground laundry cart outside etc etc

no vending, just ice in a dirty, unused room, laundry in a dirty unused room w/beer cans in window

the vending machine up stairs didn't work and the laundry room machines didn't work either

the downsides were the broken ice machine and $8.00 to do a load of laundry.

we tried to find the ice machine and discovered it is tucked away in the laundry

pool was one of the perks when it came to choosing our place to stay

who checked us in friday evening was pleasant and helpful with my two problems - wifi and lack of hot water

breakfast is great compared to most hotel/motel chains with comparable rates

the location, beautiful view and pool, also the staff was very friendly.
