5 hours to sort the broken safe out, wifi advertised as all over hotel but non existent in our room and around

fantastic pool area for kids and the water park is about a 10 min walk also great for kids

indoor spa expensive for what it offers

had a pizza in bar as a snack was terrible, did not eat there except for breakfast which was only ok

great to have a little kitchen in the room to make basic meals

i had a problem with the wifi reception in my room and i received a room upgrade without question

although we didn't use it (non stop rain) the swimming pool and area looked fabulous

there are five rooms around a beautiful central courtyard and an upper terrace with dipping pool to relax

being weakened at 6am by very noisy laundry truck got 40 mins

the room didn't have a kettle or coffee making facilities in the room the bar area wasn't really a bar and only

breakfast is excellent

the spa was a jacuzzi and a steam room. i think overpriced for what it is
