staff never at front desk, had to wait ten minutes to check in because staff was folding laundry and didnt hear

also the wifi wasn't working the whole time either

an example is someone sneezing in the parking lot while we stayed on the third floor

with 6 kids and 5 adults after traveling all day it was very inconvenient to wait for 4 hours for our

out that although i had booked a pet friendly room with a single bed that i would have to pay 15 bucks more for

super helpful when a truck towing a bike ,along with two other bikes, decided to park in handicap parking, not

access to blackhills destinations and good parking eveng when towing a

good breakfast
