laundry was out of order.

great parking and extremely friendly staff always checking on us as we came and went out

no iron or ironing board, no laundry bags,etc

parking lot had plenty of light and

eat breakfast, but it was available

an no breakfast when it says it's included but said it's due to the pandemic

breakfast was great & service prompt and polite!

food for breakfast was amazing! clean rooms! staff was great!

great place but breakfast had no meat.

pool had hair and so many bugs u couldn t swim

we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast and a few great spots to eat nearby

elevator,, i only seen staff when i checked in breakfast was terrible milk was rotten the pool was locked really

we were greeted with smiles and let us check in early. breakfast was really good too.

no elevator and breakfast made me sick. and could not get a late check out.

a best western in eunice would not ake my pet

coffee was horrible, laundry wasn't ready (clean towels) until after 3pm and breakfast was a

booked a smoking room and omg u can smell the residual smoke in the room the sofa was raggedy and worn down

however, activity in the parking lot was questionable

a little rowdy in the parking lot on the weekends

it until the morning got in late could have stuck by one of those screws or even my wife was a smoking room with

to wait for breakfast to be filled

also no coffee or anything left out for breakfast when we ck d at 9:30

enjoyable, i found the lack of sufficiently hot water for preparing oatmeal or grits during breakfast to be a

basic pleasant surroundings. free parking, wifi and continental breakfast.

breakfast was excellent. better than most. very quiet accommodations.

a bar this was closed because the hotel is changing to holiday inn express i would have liked laundry services

heated indoor pool

pool, down the hall, was unbelievably noisy

being disabled, it would have been nice if the handicap parking was not occupied by vehicles that did

water pressure, the room was dusty, the tv didn t work, our door had to be slammed to shut and wifi wasn t

the inside pool was not working. that's one reason we went there.

the room was big and spaces and adjacent to the casino

understood about limited breakfast amid covid pandemic

the breakfast wasn't the best.. they were out of thing s by the time i got there

just that there is no air conditioning in the gym

my room was outstanding and the free breakfast was good as well

meat available with breakfast, but i could live without meat for breakfast

breakfast was alright good selection same thing daily

pool needs to be updated and clean
