major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to

sprucing up the parking lot would go a long way to making the place feel safe and more inviting

value, location, outdoor spaces, convenient parking, laundry facility

one room included small kitchenette which was handy for our group of 4 adults

they were doing the best they could - doing laundry into the evening, etc

staff finally learned that they shouldn't do all the laundry between 4-6 a

in lobby and in front of you was laundry room, door open with all the dirty linens laying on floor waiting to

soundproofing, as there was a huge gap under the door, and my room was right by the lobby and laundry room

small and uncomfortable, hot tub was broken (major bummer after hard day of skiing), laundry room also broken

room could use bigger laundry bags, but maybe that's just because i have a big family during our stay

room was quite a distance from elevator, and also i wanted to wash clothes and the laundry room with only one

desk didn t have quarters for guest laundry

the guest laundry was out of service.
