lack of waitresses on the casino floor and no bar in the pool area.

my room did not have a microwave and the wifi was not working

it says they have room service which they do not

we go there for the arcade and kidquest to watch the kids while i relaxed.

a lot of time in our room and to begin with when we first got there the room still had dirty laundry from the

laundry room for guest should've been more accessible ( there was only one washer and one dryer

not enough parking.

the kids enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was great.

as i was woke yet again at 12,3, and 6:00 am by a loud truck, backed into the parking space directly in front

there were people in the parking lot who you could clearly see making drug deals and the entire parking lot

stayed there, drove in parking lot and outside was filthy, nothing like pictures, pool was closed and had black

pool was closed they had no breakfast, the room was not very clean and had a little bit of an odor,

breakfast was good. bed very comfortable. room was clean and welcoming. enjoyed the stay.

we were charged a $100 deposit and part of the deal breaker list was smoking in the room, stained up/or

rarely someone at the counter to help- had to stand and wait, coffee consistently empty, laundry facilities

no wash rags, was told 'no clean laundry'

we were not able to use the laundry room due to someone lost the key

was on the 3rd floor had to go to the 2nd floor for ice and the laundry room out of order other than that
