the pool furniture needs to be replaced and laundry facilities (which are open to the public) are in need of

single ice machine in laundry, inoperative, desk said down for maintenance & they would not be there until

they were under staffed, only one person doing laundry and running around for maintainence so i had to do a

cleanliness from outside, lobby, laundry etc

we used te laundry room which was in good working order

when we went in there, there was another family in there with their kids and they were getting drunk and blasting
