wifi kept going out, otherwise the room was great, clean, comfortable, everything we needed for a

due to kitchen renovation no coffee the first morning but from the next day on it was excellent

friendly staff great breakfast has machines to do laundry

vending, ice machine & laundry room were all up to par

the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning

only place in marion u can smoke n have ur pet with you

didn't like the fact that i booked a smoking room and was told there were smoking rooms available but when i

couldn't connect to the laundry room and the hotel wifi signal was not very good

we had to pay to do laundry 3 dollars for the washing machine and 3 dollars for the dryer but they work very

i was glad they had a laundry room and the security seemed to be good with door locks and

my grandkids with me and nowhere on the site said the pool wasn t open

we booked two rooms because we are travelling with our four kids and when we wanted to check in, the receptionist

very clean. loved the decor. breakfast warm and a good variety.

did not notify pool was closed, not able to use any amenities, breakfast was less than- evidently even the person

friendly staff, extremely clean hotel from the parking lot to the lobby to the elevators to the rooms

about an hour or so later a very sweet laundry attendant knocked on my door and handed me extra towels and

no laundry. pool water dirty (green) back door card reader broken door open to public

room were smelly , it has roaches , ants and swirky beds , the laundry smells

liked the location although i thought it was a little hard to get into the hotel parking lot

room service likes to just walk in your room so keep that latch on there

the disabled parking spots could be a little closer to the entrance
