only issue we had was our room was close to either a laundry or supply cupboard so early morning staff were

was lovely also the lady who did the rooms was really helpful also the lady from behind the bar was very

real complaints; however, i am looking forward to the completion of the kitchen refurbishment to savour a dinner

when we booked in the corridor to our room 206 had a pile and dirty laundry opposite the room and further along

you might need to put some rules in place for the kids and parents

the spa is beautiful with a great pool and very friendly and professional staff

and welcoming, fabulous gardens which seemed to go for miles, spa is included with pool, hot tub, steam and

room too hot club seaview - looked much bigger when booking for the price was expecting a better room service

only thing i was at all concerned about was that while the wifi was free, it was not password protected

the use of the spa facilities is fantastic, the hydrotherapy pool is amazing

there was clean laundry on the upper floor - i felt theses might be best suited in cupboards that could be built

laundry bags left out on corridors for longer than a day- just doesn t pertain to the rest of the

spa is very good (finally a decent steam room), 100% recommend
