quiet area; staff were responsive; laundry facilities worked fine

laundry didn't work well, we had to beg for enough towels for 4 people

-the non smoking room smelled like smoke and sour laundry

the room smelled very stale and mildewed, kind of like if you left your laundry in the washer too long

clean room, very nice, updated. friendly staff. pool was open and nice.
