we would have liked to take our drinks to the garden area as the cafeteria bar area was not appealing

excellent front office staff. very accepting of dogs and a nice restaurant bar in the lobby.

nothing i don't like but it always struck me why such a big, luxury hotel does not have a normal pool for all

lobby bar/restaurant look a bit dated gym had to be booked, but was full

large suite, a lot of space everything ok, good breakfast and a good price.

room service 3 times they never answered phone so ate at a local restaurant instead also seemed to

restaurant not open until 9-00 pm , far to late when travelling all day , but room service excellent

hotel with really good facilities which if like us you are traveling south then it has a bar and restaurant so

the checkout there was a huge mistake with the charge for the laundry- 400 euros too much

safe parking for our 2m height vehicle

the pool area is one of the best we have ever experienced

hotel, perfect location, easy access to motorway, travelling on route to bilbao with our pet dog, clean,
