there were lots of things. lights in our room didn't work. no laundry bag. the room smelled.

also only one washer and one dryer in laundry room

with the continental breakfast at every other hotel there were eggs sausage or bacon and pancakes or

wifi was very slow.

it took 3 hours to do one load of laundry, the dryer wasn t working correctly ud83eudd2c the pool was clean

clean and spacious rooms with laundry room

the laundry room was the right thing in the right time

it cost money to do laundry

go to pagosa springs we always choose this hotel just love it and my kids had so much fun in the pool

breakfast served was not as i expected i have stayed there many times and everything was good but

hotel was pet friendly, the staff was nice and it is close to the hotsprings

room was clean. location. pet friendly.

i also did not like the breakfast options- no water, no orange juice

i reserved it said breakfast and they only had coffee bananas and honeybuns
