the laundry machine has been broken since we came here, 10 days

my son was very happy he could do his morning exercise and also his laundry

we had hoped to do some laundry after our drive across country

staff was wonderful, the hotel was very clean, and the continental breakfast was amazing, and checkout wasn't

we also paid for a smoking room and breakfast, and we didn't get either of those

i was impressed with the amenities provided, especially the complimentary wi-fi and convenient parking

better place to stay in lima pet friendly nice and clean felt safe with kids enjoyed the stay

parking lot needs to be fixed. huge pot holes.

the room was a smoking room which we did not want, so there were cigarette burns everywhere

wasn t overly friendly chose this hotel because it had laundry facilities was unable to use because both dryers

lack of elevator. guest laundry facilities were not clean

the hotel was excellent, breakfast was very good and the staff very good also.

they did allow our service pet even when they did not expect him to be there

parking is a little tricky, with a one way street, but free!

late check out is perfect-i work nights and being able to go back and get decent sleep before

room was extremely nice the bed was comfortable, tv was cool, it was close to the elevator and laundry room and

also, the hot breakfast could not be provided because of a cook call-out, but everyone is short-staffed i guess

also room service was lacking, and most of the time they never even showed up

was spacious; however, there was definite lack of attention to condition of furnishings, no dirty laundry bag

stay in 207) did not have blinds, only a thin shade and the room is located adjacent a big bright parking lot

smoking rooms are on the same floor as non-smoking

it has so much for the kids to do and the pool is excellent

very family/friendly oriented great location near restaurants and stores pet friendly nice rooms great

issue but pool seemed to have a lot of chemical in it

bar was closed saturday night no explanation

there was a $55 pet charge which was outrageous.

no whirlpool when it stated that it was one and used bar of soap in shower. loud by other guest.

gal responsible for working the breakfast bar was so sweet but totally overwhelmed

could not connect to wifi due to software update. tech support got us online.

only one washer and dryer in laundry room, took a lot of quarters

bright lights in parking good except block out curtains didn t shut tight so used a bobbie pin

jan in the kitchen was a rock star... very friendly and everything was clean!

gym consists of only two pieces of old equipment, barely operable equipment
