tyler kept the laundry room open open an extra hour so we could do our laundry

elevator was broken and did not get fixed the 4 days of being there , the laundry service was out of order ,

so noisy i had to unplug, ice cream bar from pantry melted, they would not give us change for laundry, water

was out of order pool was closed for repairs guest laundry room was out of order the side doors could not be

pool and laundry were out of service and i still paid full price for my stay

maids kept taking laundry change on counter because they thought it was a tip, strange.

guest dryer not working but laundry equipment repair people are hard to find.

clean: hair and blood spots in tub, dirty laundry in bathroom, no lid on toilet, no toiletries, only 1 towel

just one recommendation, remove carpet from pet rooms
