breakfast and location were excellent

breakfast was modest but just what we needed.

didn't sleep well because of a parking lot light that shined into the room all night

it was easy to get to laundry on site was convenient

laundry room could use updating.

it was winter time and pool was closed.

when we arrived there were multiple cars parked in the drive preventing us from accessing a parking spot

bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot breakfast was amazing
