the staff assisted us in doing our laundry which was great as we had been touring on a motorcyle for over a

swimming pool had an additional charge of 20 euros per person to use it

location, very comfortable rooms, an excellent spa option

the wifi performance was very poor and did not work at all with some apple devices

great touch providing all guests including the kids with a dedicated spa bag

shame no english channels on tv for the kids but we were in france

the bar was closed although on the bar was a sign saying

good wifi. nice big bed. excellent restaurant round the back of the hotel.

modern design, nice staff, really nice bar area. good breakfast, perfectly situated in saumur

they do not have a bar but serve wines and beers to guests in a small seating area next to reception

the fact that the car park had an ev charge point available at a reasonable cost was a great add on

couldn't connect to the wifi.

there is also a petit bar where the hosts will serve you a late night cocktail

the bar is fully stocked, and we enjoyed sitting in the little bar area planning our outings while

we had a drink in the bar and sat in the outside terrace which was lovely and surprisingly quiet consider how

close to everything! had a nice quaint bar in the hotel that we had a lovely glass of bubbles!

the wifi worked intermittently

a shower curtain round shower, slight smell of smoke in room because of smokers in the outside bar

room was duplex so kids had their own area/floor with chateau view

building was beautiful and had a gorgeous sweeping staircase & old fireplace

everything - gorgeous room lovely garden great pool and superb location

wifi didn t work

beds, easy parking, clean bathroom, well equipped (even with kettle), quiet

very good breakfast. bistro next door is perfect. better to reserve a table via own website

adequate breakfast in pleasant surroundings
