i used the laundry room and everything worked

they have an exercise room, pool, and hot tub as well as laundry facilities

comfortable beds, kind staff, and has a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout room

the pool, whirlpool and spa are well kept and very relaxing

was just a work trip, neededed a place to lay my head. laundry should have a card/charge option

in the pool/hottub area burned my eyes even from outside the pool room

was closer to my family that i was visiting and the grandkids loved being able to swim in the pool

advertised that they have guest laundry, but they don't, tv didn't work

i also had issues with other people smoking, listening to loud music and talking right outside my door

roomed smelled from whatever the guy above us was smoking

expected the room to smell a little because it is a cheap pet room, but it smelt overwhelmingly like cigarette

reasonable pet fee ($20) compared to many hotels
