the laundry facilities

was extremely dirty not a king size bed that i paid for pool not open

broken pool since winter, they are not going to fix

location........door parking.........quiet....

there is also a restaurant who shares the same parking lot and a gas station right next door so that was very

kitchen, laundry, living room with separate bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room area

many extras were included, like basic selection of cooking spices, dishwashing and laundry detergent

all the parking spots are on an incline!!

they have a laundry room, and a small game room to enjoy yourself while you wait for your laundry to finish

had good hot water and wifi.

the staff was nice, and i was able to laundry. ot was quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

the laundry service was free and the machines clean and easy to use allowing a large load

laundry facilities being used on our floor very early in the morning rattled and shook the walls

pool inside cloudy and smelled off

even though i didn't use it loved seeing that they had a laundry facility for

would have been nice to have eggs and sausage like the other baymonts for breakfast cuz that's what most people

clean, well maintained, services include laundry, good location,easy checkout.

the laundry room holds the ice machine and a soda machine but there was no snack machine

i was able to check in quite early and use the laundry facility. it was quiet.

pool had a lot of people who weren't staying at the resort there, which made it a little more

in room only had a few channels & most didn't work, no room service menu(it was raining terribly)

cleanliness was not the best, also for two kids to use the waterpark and have two adults watch them, it was over

golf cart shuttle was really nice to get up and down the hill

no access to the lake unless you had a boat. parking was unavailable on saturday night.

i immediately called to find out they charged for a pet deposit and was told we had left pet damage

i loved the deep spa tub in the bathroom

the amenities as far as the pools, golf courses were excellent.

asked for a fireplace, nice view of the lake and got no fireplace and had to look over the parking lot

rooms were also newly renovated and featured great amenities like a full kitchen, dishes, etc

the room we were in (room 21) was right over the restaurant door and pool gate, it stayed busy until about 10

room was super clean, and the indoor pool was great

mold in bathroom ceiling mold on corners of bathroom stains on carpet carpet stinks like mold kitchen was dirty

bed was uncomfortable and where we stayed we could hear the noise from the kitchen and the bar

free laundry and amenities available 24/7

there was a living room area with its own balcony, an attached kitchenette with an island bar to eat at, and

no room service

but the place was empty but the staff was great, room service was great, suite was perfect
