they did not say anything about the pool and spa being closed

continental breakfast was probably the worst i've ever had

breakfast was not too good

then blocked - we had to go get and use the plunger, keys stopped working on day 1, terrible breakfast

the pool. they also allowed us to cancel our third night on short notice.

even had my boys reuse their towels, so we didn't add to the laundry

only thing is, we were in a room right across from the laundry room

the cops showed up and eventually the drama dissipated and i could now actually pull out of my parking spot to

on site laundry, clean bathroom & great location for amenities.

deals in the parking lot provided fine entertainment, and the mold growing in the bathroom was a lovely shade

working on their cars in the parking lot and groups of people hanging outside the doors that look like they live

didn't particularly like a couple of people sitting in plastic chairs in parking lot next to tow truck

no laundry facilities

breakfast center not open due to covid

had to wait about 10 minutes for coffee. pot was empty when we went for breakfast about 6:40

clean, comfortable bed, easy off and on the exit. good breakfast and food was hot.

no weight bench in the gym, but it did have dumbbells.

convenient, reasonably affordable, pet friendly. lots of shopping close by.

pet fee was $39 with tax, very fair and compared to some chains

i was not informed of the pet fee amount until i got to the hotel if i'd have known it was

heaven forbid your kids that are rooming on the completely other side of the building than the pool, run down

staffing was nice, she notified me of breakfast starting and ending times, the pool, and where everything was

under construction. breakfast less than adequate.

no guest laundry anymore but they should update there signs

dining at the inn tasted so good. indoor pool was excellent. we loved the game room there.

great lake inn feel with plenty of space and comfort in the rooms. nice pool for young kids.

at the pool, and we went to the front desk and they said they had no towels,they were all in the laundry, with

laundry area was fifty and towels wrapped around washer

so, we went into our room that was hot, turned on the air & went to the bar for a beer

breakfast was great. the bed was super comfortable!

like that it had a restaurant, bar and pool, hot tub, and sauna

very sparse on amenities - no hairdryer, no hangers, no plastic bag for soiled laundry

pet friendly

did not have a hot tub in the pool area

pet fee seems very excessive. $75. when most other hotels are only $25

i fully support pet friendly stays, but not if the pet is left unattended
