there were old broken air conditioners in lobby area and laundry room was out of order and filthy

when i booked the room, the listing indicated that breakfast, a gym, and a pool were available

i have stayed at this property before and the room to put in the gym or excellent

internet was slow. no pay per view tv. breakfast was average though service was excellent.

wifi was extremely slow. ( could have been due to the snow storm).

put us in the wrong room after we called several times to make sure that we had a non-smoking room and it was
