we had 2 kids and two adults in a room with one bed

joseph at the front desk was very helpful and went the extra step of putting my kids room by mine, without me

rooms clean and managers were amazing. pool was just what my kids wanted.

a three star hotel: swimming pool was absolutely filthy, ask for towels at the front desk they have two clean

pictures show a pool but by the time you get there and you just want to check in they tell you there's no pool

was no microwave in the room, there was a $25 fee when asked for one, the cost of parking and valet parking,

bathroom had no light, my room was next to the laundry which was very noisy while i tried to sleep

parking lot, there was no place to park, and when asked they were like well use the diamond spot

i couldn't get into the wifi

except that the indoor pool is closed due to covid and the last 2 stays the wifi wasn't working
