staff was able to change us to a room that was not right next to the laundry room

2nd floor laundry room was messy.

laundry room, which i needed, was right across from my room

one and only complaint i have is there were young girls about 14 who were always in the pool area being obnoxious

location and pet friendly

plenty of space, nice amenities like dish detergent, laundry soap etc.

we were able to do a load of laundry (supplies were available) cook what we wanted (bbq, proper pots and pan,

to enter the property, easy parking, great location - close to restaurants but away from the town; lovely views

the next morning looked in the closet for a laundry bag and there was a bag filled with garbage and beer cans

nice and clean. breakfast was good. pool and spa seemed clean.

pool was clean though small

the breakfast and pool were both great!

helpful staff, also loved that this property has a guest laundry

great location next to isle royal ranger parking and easy

oh, and a nice dining area for breakfast

not really but parking wasn't the most convenient. but not too bad

facilities (rooms, lobby, gym, breakfast room etc) are really nice

the breakfast was excellent. nice clean room. pool was open

great pool,hot tub and sauna

wish their breakfast had a protein

very nice pool/spa room

i did not use the pool or exercise room
