night we stayed, the hotel was booked out due to a really bad snow storm so the parking lot was a bit complicated

my wife had to go into the laundry area to find the person who should have been at the desk

1 ice machine for 3 floors laundry room with no machines

we need to do laundry and it was here at the hotel

pool was warm and inviting but small. could not do laps.
