i booked this property, it stated that there was no pet fee

free parking and good breakfast

we did some laundry and the dryer needed to have the money emptied and therefore the dryer was not usable and

cramped parking

in particular other about the hotel other than inconsiderate guests letting their kids run wild late at night

the continental breakfast was great

and pool closed at 9 when my daughter and i got there

web site indicated laundry families. not available

track down housekeeping to ask for more towels, but were told we would have to check back after laundry was done

carpets had stains and holes

the pool was nice, it did need a little more attention for me

only hotel within reasonable distance from tarleton university. parking lot is well lit!

the room was clearly not cleaner just laundry picked up and bed made

when we arrived to check in, the staff was off in the laundry room chatting with another employee

elevator was down for 15 plus hours, the laundry facilities did not work, staff left doors wide open, and internet

my grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool and the front desk people were very friendly

and could have had more breakfast
