the room was amazing. everything was nice and clean. pool was very nice as well.

wifi was awful; the ethernet jacks never worked; repeated requests to resolve the problem went with

the rooms were comfortable and quiet and parking was convenient

no free breakfast

the guest laundry required quarters front desk said they could not help me that i should go down the

pool wasn t open

parking was difficult and the fence around the pool was on the floor broken

the hallway floors were unswept with dirty laundry on the floor

it was late when we arrived and there were several people hanging out in the parking lot, kinda sketchy

love the staff and breakfast. also love the concierge service and privacy.

the smoke alarm went off and i was in a smoking room

other attendants was playing music loud and smoking irregular drugs and loud noise such as fighting in the area

the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarettes

and checking out at 6am so i feel the staff should have ability to give money back if vending or laundry takes

every floor has easy to get to, working ice machines and the laundry was right off the elevator

good breakfast with crispy bacon and eggs.

plenty of choices for kids as well

breakfast was ok. but for what i paid, can't expect much more than that!

the room smelled awful like soured laundry

handicap parking and apparently they value their gold/silver/platinum customers more than they consider the

staff was friendly. breakfast was great. and we enjoyed the pool!

the breakfast buffet was catered more toward kids
