it was quiet and the pool was very clean

there were some noisy people staying at the hotel and one was grilling in the parking lot.

and other guests were arguing half the time we were there along with someone smoking pot in the laundry room

back from saturday night event and the back parking lot was blocked off for a large group of motorcyclists having

we were right next to an open, messy laundry room and the door at the end of our hallway was propped open

the facilities were great, particularly the pool which was well-maintained

still under remodel construction but did not effect my stay in anyway,just limited to front parking only but

the bed was comfortable, room clean. once the tv was fixed it was fine. i could do some laundry.

daughter got a rash and they tried to tell me it was her laundry soap but i been washing our stuff in the same

the sink plug did not work properly and no breakfast provided

whilst here we had some laundry to do and found the washer and dryer to be clean and both worked well

we could not get in the pool , because it was green from letting people that don t pay for a room come in

they were doing the parking lot and it smelt very loud in our room on the first floor

and clean, friendly staff, bed very comfy, delicious breakfast, close to downtown florence, coffee bar available

the parking was convenient and the motel was accessible to downtown

the pool and hot tub was nice... breakfast was awesome.... will stay hear again...

the only issue was the wifi was very unreliable which was an issue trying to work while there.

we stayed on the other side from bar with live music, so we didn't hear it at all

issues with the wifi which the staff worked hard to resolve

and we loved the bar downstairs

the bar in the basement i really nice and has four bowling lanes

laundry facilities were unavailable due to renovation work. 360 degree restaurant was

indoor pool for our grandson who wanted to swim for his november birthday

wifi did not work in our room for phone calls

the staff were great and very friendly. it was convenient and my kids loved the pool.

they are pet friendly and the pool is pretty nice

hotel was very empty so it was quiet. hotel has smoking rooms which is hard to find these days.
