tv in my room 117 didn't work, picture kept going in and out, and room service didnt come in to chang towels

like someone had smoked cigarettes in our non-smoking room on and off during our stay

i went to the office to get some quarters for laundry and ask about the pool since there were lots of people

polite and great breakfast...

i know they are smoking rooms but i wish they didn't smell so strongly of cigarettes
