staying in the hotel and the guy at the counter was yelling at them when they were just being kids and not

it seems the room we were in is ab i ve the laundry and they share the same hot water heater

we'd asked the front desk to have room service come clean around 10am

get a cosy and clean room that has everything a traveler requires (good bed, bathroom, wifi and so on)

thought i booked a fire place kitchenette but it didn t have one, not a big deal but not what i was expecting

late check out w mas very nice, kitchenette was stocked and ready to go

we're not sure if that was the cause, but we were above the laundry room for the hotel

was not ready when promised due to a staff shortage and laundry issue

we used their laundry facility at the prescottonian. the clothes washer had a noticeable loud

had a problem getting laundry soap from the dispenser and someone was there in 2 minutes

the front desk staff were helpful and the kitchen staff were very happy

wifi was hit and miss in our room, mostly not able to connect

we don't know if we were close to their laundry room or what, but it just was very noisy all

staff was very helpful and they had a laundry area to wash clothes

loved the breakfast and the laundry facility totally comfy after a long drive

when we called the hotel the first night they said we may just be having a reaction to their laundry detergent

even though the machines in the laundry were not working, we were able to go at the nearest hotel to make our

don't except room 115 because it's is noisy its next to the indoor pool
