i don't feel it was worth the rate and there was no plastic laundry bags for dirty clothes

no laundry facilities.

i made the reservations at this hotel because it listed a spa and guest laundry

my kids love that they had a swimming pool, and it was indoors

the wifi also did not work

the washing machine does not spin all the water out of the laundry. had to get a trash bag...

the doors were opened and closed all night and washer/dryer was in hallway so listened to laundry being done

first, i thought i was next to a generator or laundry, but realized that a constant rumbling noise was coming

we were greeted by a man having an argument with two other guys who were smoking weed next to the pool

the kids loved the pool, i just wished we could of gotten there sooner to enjoy it longer

parking is really tight for larger vehicles.

we also, appreciated the pool and hot tub, even though the button for the jets in the hot tub was broken

was going on and parking spots were way too limited

elevator along with the second floor hallway and the third floor hallway reeked of pet urine and cigarette

was no mention anywhere of a $15 pet fee

the pool was great

rates are good the staff is great they need to be able to give you more towels and laundry when you need them

though this was a non-smoking room it reeked of cigarette smell

were ripped off and charged for two rooms, given smoking rooms that smelled like a tobacco factory

we never touch either bed, we were asleep in the parking lot, we stayed a total of 3 hours in our moving vehicles

breakfast, i asked for no smoking, clearly you could tell it was a smoking room and there was smoking room

she looked for a hair dryer in the office and then the laundry room

photos show milk, bread and egg were located in same area as laundry area

breakfast was good except dont eat the sausage no good

needed to resume travel early am and was not able to indulge/enjoy breakfast at the

they had a large space where we could park and still be able to see our vehicles

the wifi never worked in our room the last two days.
