could not get the wifi password to work but i was tired and did not care to ask about it at the desk

the wifi was amazing

made reservations several months ago requesting no smoking and main floor

it was a smoking room, i do not smoke, but was desperate for a room

i m glad this motel was pet friendly, but when i walked into the room i caught the smell of what i could

i walked through the office to restricted area out back where i found the desk person smoking with his friend

no laundry at this location but it says it does online

no laundry room for guest on long tripseverything else was good.got no more 2 say.

got the spa tub room and i did have to go buy my own bathroom cleaner to clean the tub again it wasn t

the jacuzzi rooms are pet friendly

breakfast had very good choices and parking was great

a staff member was in the laundry room he went to his room and got me a water from his own supply

having a laundry facility but guest like to make sure their laundry stays clean.

staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. room, pool, food all exceeded expectations.

there was parking for our truck and trailer

i wasn't given the wifi login til i went and asked for it

them once no matter how many times i went to the front desk to try and get the password to the wifi

i was told that the first parking space near the door was reserved for me and my room was just as close to that

no ice machine or laundry on 4 th floor

disappointed that there was not a bag provided for garments( which i use for dirty laundry)

they let us come in a do laundry @ 1:00 nice touch

the fact, that the hotel had laundry facilities was an additional plus
