checkin the receptionist told my husband the pool was closed, the elevator was broke the wifi was out

their breakfast service is filled with many options that you get to choose

husband and i loved the heated bathroom tiles and that our breakfast was brought to our room each morning

breakfast and coffee delivered and complimentary in the morning was a great touch

was hauling a trailer and there was parking for it

the parking lot had several large potholes

good location for my trip. i got a non smoking room and it was nice and quiet

it was non-smoking but smelled like smoke.

i made an appointment to use the fitness center and found it to be clean and useful

indoor pool and hot tub. fire pit outside. breakfast is pretty decent.

would have liked the use the pool but it was having some repair and that was ok since we didn't stay there

we had 4 kids (including a preschooler) with all the accompanying luggage, and i recently had foot surgery

under renovation and there's drywall dust in the hallways & storage containers taking up valuable parking space
