i loved the pool and laundry facilities

all the washers and dryers in the guest laundry were broken. the vending machine was empty

the bath towels were small. i?m very petite and couldn?t fit it around me.

cooking outdoors, laundry hanging outside, shady characters

it had laundry which i badly needed.

was told that there was free wifi, but there wasn't

loud party in parking lot until 1230

i didn t have any laundry detergent as i was cycling and they got me a little cup

parking lot is next to the hotel and extra parking right across the street at the courthouse

finally, it is pet friendly and does not look like, smell like, nor sound like any pets are even there

breakfast was subpar eggs looked like powdered eggs, hasbrowns hard and stale

being in an outside room when the pool is inside but next time i know to book a inside rom.

they had pool and hot tube closed by 10 needs to be later for people there on work trips who had to be out

was questioned about bringing my kids back food to the room since they didn t wanna wake up early for breakfast

quiet and room service was amazing

we requested a late check out and it was granted without any problems and we were not disturbed

no breakfast, no hot water, the wifi didnt work could get a signal at all.

first 5 days of the stay there was no room service at all !!

wasn't able to connect to wifi, had to call office for password and still wouldn't connect

i needed an early check in and my accommodation was easily fulfilled

the pool was in great shape and it had a lift for handicap access

the pool was not opened up yet .

rooms get cold, they have a swimming pool that is important when you are traveling with children and it is on

we wanted to use the swimming pool , but it was not opened up yet , due to being on a list of others , to be

weak wifi
