i had asked for a nice room with a view however when we arrived, we had a view of the noisiest kitchen extractor

individual hotel with lots of character, easy to find and plenty of free parking

staff, welcome and food (dinner and breakfast) were all exemplary

easy dish for clearly exceptional kitchen team, evening meal was

soon rectified by staff, presumably a laundry issue but no explanation or apology - poor response

thing was no problem to the staff room was very clean and a very big bed breakfast was

in a pod which was new, and fresh, great high pressure shower, and kitchen had all the facilities

using the kitchen equipment in the pod was fine, but the combination hob/oven/microwave is rather technically

wasn't anything really other than breakfast wasn't included in the s/c pods but is when you book a room

golfers double parking for friends and to much swearing for our liking in the bar this included a

the shaving light in the bathroom didn t work, too many noisey golf parties

wifi didn t seem to work too well

we followed hotel instructions on how and were to leave dirty laundry each day, and yet upon returning to our

room was very nice, we ordered one of the best rooms, but it was next to the laundry room which could be disturbing

the room is perfect for me, the kitchen is small but sufficient for myself, i love cooking my own food, so i

two pillows each one soft and one hard on each bed but my concern is this increases the amount of laundry

24 hour reception and a bar open until 1am

during my stay, i observed hotel staff doing laundry directly in the reception area, which did not create a

staff parking across 2 disabled bays, even when i mentioned it on reception was told it was laundry delivery

to a brighter equivalent room with a better view; but i didn t request it, in order to keep the laundry bill

clean and functional but if need milk have to go ask eveytime teatime staff so very helpful laundry facilities

in room 19 which behind it is a court yard with the used laundry is kept was woken up at about 6 30 am with

arrival the first floor was littered with dirty laundry

awful my back and legs are so painful today also just basic tv no dvds or streaming service the wifi wasn't

situation very convenient, excellent breakfast, tv and wifi good.

we were not given the wifi password on arrival so i had to go down all flights of stairs to get it

hardly any space to hang things, as it was already half full of extra towel and hairdryer and laundry admin

no laundry arranged when i pushed them they took 3 days to finish one bag.

at night, loads of banging at 3am, presume it was someone doing the laundry or something

plenty of parking lovely hosts fantastic food (homemade rice pudding like nanna used to make) friendly

must give a special mention to mandy behind the bar who was so much fun

room was very cold and was next to a laundry room where a man kept walking back and forth past our window pushing

wifi was good so small teams meetings were no problem. staff were very courteous and helpful.

staff were exceptionally attentive right through our stay from reception to bar to restaurant

no easy way to find out what was available for room service menu
