parking on the road side and if this is not avaliable then a pay and display opposite at reasonable

parking whilst not abundant was available and i never had an instance where i could not park close

lovely location, good value for money and plenty of parking. staff very friendly

hall ways and bar a little dated

wifi was not the best power of the shower however did not ruin our stay and experience

the kitchen wasn't open on our arrival day so we had to travel into betws-y-coed for dinner

:) bar area had pool table and loads of board games to choose from

parking is across the road but it's free if you're staying in the hotel

we will be returning to the hotel in the near future and because the hotel is pet friendly we will be taking

wifi connection was intermittent but probably due to location and no mobile phone signal at all

s a beautiful building in a fabulous location within walking distance of the village with good parking and

we had breakfast both mornings of our stay and took dinner one night

the hotel bar was great and they had a terrace to sit out on a clear day

lift was taken up with bags of laundry left in all one day - so my wife, who has mobility problems couldn&#

tight but spent no time there, limited toilets [but lots of shower] but bar just across with

we asked for early check in as we arrived at 11:30 which was not allowed ultimately and the reason was that

213 was located above the service area to the rear of the property: brewery and laundry deliveries started at

only issue we had was our room was close to either a laundry or supply cupboard so early morning staff were

the bar and restaurant area were beautiful

we enjoyed the bar and met some nice people

breakfast in hotel was quite expensive as fixed price at 13 per head - would be better if

laundry van arriving at 6:15am outside my window sounded like a giant drum.

of kitchen food, i asked for bedding to be change and they still had a bad smell, im thinking the laundry storage

there was clean laundry on the upper floor - i felt theses might be best suited in cupboards that could be built

laundry bags left out on corridors for longer than a day- just doesn t pertain to the rest of the

breakfast was very good. bar was very nice. dined in the restaurant and that was also excellent.
