we check in, no pool access it was green, ice machine didn't work, laundry facility was out of order, vending

staff was helpful. pool was great.

front desk stated they didn't have any towels or clean linens until the next shift comes in to do laundry

of the a/c units didn't have a functional controller for the fan but the kids didn't seem to mind
