oh yes, the hotel computer for customers was down, laundry not available and the drinking fountain was out of

iron board missing from laundry room

i do wish they had irons in each room (they do have a laundry facility with iron and ironing board but would

also, breakfast, and laundry facilities are advertised but were not available

the floor was stick and dirty, the vents were coated with dust, the breakfast area was in the laundry room and

the pool was closed due to covid-19 as well as the fitness center, but there was free breakfast

that the pool was closed for the weekend

wasn't any air conditioning in the fitness center

pool water was very cold

absolutely loved the spa tub and big shower

pool was clean

convenient to the expressway, walk to restaurants, very clean, and easy parking

breakfast need better choices

room with spa tub, the tub was unusable as the jets hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time

likewise, the laundry machine on site also smells of mildew/mold as it is likely never cleaned out and the door

the morning breakfast was way above expectations and the items were hot and tasty

parking lot small and cramped

front parking lot was very run down and needs some love

my room wasnt cleaned on friday when i got back from work and covid shut down the pool.

gym was subpar, the laundry room was out of service, and smelled wet (for lack of better words)

monday's breakfast some egg mess on muffin tasted awful.

very clean, quiet, comfortable. friendly front desk staff. nice fitness center and pool

also, my family loves the convenience of having breakfast and appreciate that there are hot items available

brittany at the front desk and danny in the kitchen area were better than excellent
