a great breakfast, laundry room, fitness center, pool and hot tub

we thought it was either the laundry dryers or the pool filter

we had the pool area to ourselves so that was fun

our favorite was the breakfast and the pool area my kids loved the hot tub!

it did not have the fitness room it claim to have and the laundry was not for the customers to use

was an open soap bar in the shower that had a hair on it otherwise everything was really nice

there is guest laundry but it's pricey,and staff fairly friendly

was right off the expressway; many grocery and restaurant options nearby; on site laundry; microwave, fridge,

more threadbare than most, and the wifi was very frustrating

the free wifi worked well from the room i was staying in and they had climate control so i was comfortable

evensong spa is a must-do, great facility and relaxing environment

the spa will be wonderful to come to

promised wifi throughout the resort, it only worked in the lobby due to technical issues

issue with stay was that there was an issue in pool area so it had to close

our 5 yr old loved the pool

food is good there is a kids pool for the toddlers i thought that was a plus

we were expecting to be able to enjoy a cocktail at the bar - no such luck

was located right next to takiza, the game room and pool were a blast, and liked havinf access to laundry

minorly inconvenienced by road noise and bright lights of surrounding parking lots.

pool was very cold the breakfast was less than mediocre

pool was freezing hotel had a bad smell mold in the bathroom

water in the pool was very cold and not quite clean. location is very bland.

breakfast was fair not to fond of cold boiled eggs. bed and pillows were great

desk and after waiting for 20+ minutes, i had to knock on doors until i found someone in the laundry

it is remodeled on the inside and has actual breakfast not a grab and go.

the pothole filled parking lot was past due for resurfacing and striping.

bed was extremely comfy, i was allowed an early check in, extended great location next to interstate and

helpful staff, good continental breakfast choices, clean room, nice atmosphere
