our no-smoking room did not smell like old smoke

we were next to the laundry room and we heard strange loud buzzing that woke us up one night

no parking. elevator was not working. pool was closed because other kids were being bad.

breakfast was great. lots of options. nice indoor pool and hot tub.

the breakfast was the most expansive selection of any hotel i have stayed at during this pandemic

room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast bar was outstanding

beds were comfy but too soft for my liking. everytime we are there, the pool is always closed.

smoking rooms across the hall from non smoking but once in our room didnt notice smell

first night we were given a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking room

had no idea when i reserved the room that the only thing left was smoking rooms, and so when i got there i was

now we all smoke but had a child with us, so we got one room non-smoking

quiet, non smoking room, easy access! pet friendly was a definite plus!

unfortunately, the pool had no heat, and since it was winter, it was way too cold to swim

hot breakfast and then some!! something for everyone!

area was great, it was safe, was very lit at night, had cameras, clean pool, plenty of towels

couldn t connect to wifi

the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. the wifi was easy to get on.

i booked the room from my phone while sitting in the parking lot

the only entrance to the hotel parking lot is difficult to get to depending where you pull in

we didn’t get a chance to use it, but loved the fact that it had an indoor pool for the kids

he even was able to float in the pool for a few which is all he cared about

only other complaint was that there were families there in the lobby area letting their kids throw a football

the pool area was clean and well stocked with towels

the fan that turned on in the pool, it froze us out of there!

clean rooms, restaurant was excellent with great prices, and the gym was the best i have ever seen in a hotel

room was close by the laundry room, someone used the washer and dryer 5:30am, woke us up

laundry room was one hour late opening one of the mornings i was there.

very clean!! very friendly staff!! loved the pool and breakfast!!

breakfast had some nice surprises, good selection of yogurt flavors and applesauce

my kids miss the waffles we use to make here while on vacation
