clean! laundry for guests

very limited handicap parking

pet friendly was huge for us as we have a spoiled fur baby

beds are really comfortable and the gym was

would have enjoyed having free weights st the gym and a pool

the wifi

was suppose to be wifi but after calling the front office, i was informed there was no wifi

wifi and having to go to another hotel to check in

wifi didn't work

we tried to find the ice machine and discovered it is tucked away in the laundry

breakfast was a surprise since we ordered off the menu in the restaurant

the breakfast from the restaurant was better than what i expected

who checked us in friday evening was pleasant and helpful with my two problems - wifi and lack of hot water

breakfast is great compared to most hotel/motel chains with comparable rates

went to use the pool but the water was cold i expected it to be heated

difficulty getting onto wifi, but desk staff helped out.

we enjoyed the location and the indoor pool.

pool was not open until 9:00 am

great location. pool was warm! hotel staff was very nice!

the vending machine up stairs didn't work and the laundry room machines didn't work either

no vending, just ice in a dirty, unused room, laundry in a dirty unused room w/beer cans in window

trash sitting outside. linens on ground laundry cart outside etc etc

loud people yelling and screaming in parking lot late at night and early next morning.

other guests were bbq-ing outside of our room in parking lot (hibatchi in back of pick up truck)

the downsides were the broken ice machine and $8.00 to do a load of laundry.

parking lot appeared full but heard nothing from nearby rooms

to fishing (purpose of trip), safe, good parking, clean, good water pressure, refrigerator, microwave

wifi was intermitant

the hotel s fault, but the pool was closed (covid) - had been looking forward to a cool dip after a long day

pet friendly, cracker barrel was close by

was excellent, room was excellent, beautiful, spa gardens were wonderful

the slide and lazy river were a hit with my teens, as well as mini golf

pool facilities were great for kids. resort was very clean and staff were very friendly

service , restrictions on kids to do zip lining and horse riding

was better big and had many activities such golf, pools, shooting club, boxing club, and other things to do

to me but not my husband, the grounds were unkept and trashy, the room where the ice machine and laundry was

for a supposedly smoke free place there were ash trays outside in front of every room and the laundry area

dated and not cleaned well, bed was not comfortable, back patio dirty, vending /laundry room dirty, not much

room has a small kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat our own food

loved having the kitchen to warm up foods and make coffee
