room wasn't very clean, a lot of noise from the laundry near my room, very expensive price on

closeness to cornell university, size of breakfast area, gym (we didn t see it, but we saw it was there)

rooms were pretty good for the price we paid and the continental breakfast was one of the best i've ever had

we were disappointed that the pool was not available.
