asked to change laundry detergent and fabric softener sold at the desk to be charged to the room and they said

not use the pool or the hot tub they did not have breakfast like they advertised or a laundry service like as

walkway to the parking lot was very icy and not cleared at all

this property is perfect for family travel offering breakfast and an indoor pool and hot tub in a safe area

about 2 am the ppl above us were being very loud and woke myself and my kids up

when i left for work at six but we were staying there while our power was out so it was great the kids got to

toilets to low for senior comfort laundry machines out of order.

i saw workers using them to transport sheets to the laundry room

had a laundry room on site for guest

laundry room was a bonus

everything was clean, and the staff was very nice. we did not take advantage of the breakfast.

it seems they could not keep up with the laundry to provide enough towels
