trash and laundry cart was left in the halls

original counter clerk was in laundry room reading every time we went to the front desk

partials falling and on steps of stairs, room had an odor of musty mildew and cleaning carts or laundry carts

staff member, latina works in the house keeping in the laundry room where all the supplies were, she was very

beginning with it took 20+ minutes for someone to appear at front desk (after asking someone in laundry) to
