such a huge resort, the gym is not equipped well, with non-fuctioning/old equipment

only 2 staff members seemed to know about the laundry service, so make sure to train them on this knowledge

the beach was average and the shelf (some undertow, waves slamming) can be an issue for kids

no golf carts or any on property transportation, just endless walking to even have a meal

they didn't seem to sweep the room properly and their laundry for 30 pieces of light clothing cost me 127

breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of options. beach towels were very small.

we several times saw the kids running around it, putting their hands in food and not using tongs, taking food

staff was wonderful, the kids loved the pools (specially the slide), there are lifeguards around the property,

also i like the beach, the water is calm, perfect for kids
