there's a restaurant and bar inside the hotel but i never used it

ones your on the street you have to call the hotel to help you with the luggage but wait the parking is ridiculous they send us tourist to park 3 streets down the hotel finding the parking was

it's a room, which is fine but since it's just off the pool and courtyard, it can get loud

it was great to take a break at the pool in the afternoon after a long morning sightseeing

our junior suite - i think their most inexpensive room - had an impressive and beautiful modern kitchen with full fridge, microwave, ceramic/glass cooktop, coffee maker, wine rack

super sweet staff, they were even able to arrange a late check out after we mentioned we didn’t need to leave oaxaca until the evening

they have a laundry service which was great too

the laundry service is bad

lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful, they even managed to arrange to get some of our laundry done on a sunday which cannot have been easy

breakfast was delicious and the objective of the hotel [providing scholarships for local schoolkids

the location is great, the hotel was kind enough to allow us a late check out.
