accommodated for late check out

location, about a block from the lake, access to boat tours, kayaks, a park and the resort at coeur d' alene

unavail, so they upgraded to king, 2bdrm w/ full kitchen

i called ahead to find out what was included in the kitchenette and no one returned my called

location was great! the fact we had two rooms with a king and queen bed and kitchen was awesome.

closed kinda early but normal early check out let us use a late check out very nice

room above laundry room - vibrated pool closed for deck painting. w/ kids it was tough

location. loved it had a kitchen and separate bedroom.

size of the room, the cleanliness, the kitchen in the suite, the manager was pleasant, the staff was nice, and the location was great

i was amazed by the fact that there’s actually a real kitchen that was fully stocked with dishes

convenient location right off highway close to food and gas late check out hours

went to go do laundry and was told couldn't give change cuz of a change shortage national change shortage

the guest laundry was a great addition and wonderful surprise

the person working was helpful in finding a place to eat. they also had quarters to do laundry.

has a pool which is great!

room lovely staff accommodating for a late check out jacuzzi not working though so that was

the pool was open later so the kids could have a quick swim when we arrived

we did use the laundry facilities which was a life saver

pool,tub.confortable.xcellent staff.

room was very clean. beds were very comfortable. kids had a blast in the pool

were exhausted and requested late check out since we checked in so late and the desk lady asked when would work for us

early check in and late check out

the breakfast was great, it was hot and good, ready all morning and such polite staff

missed breakfast

i appreciate all the help with the laundry
