the staff was very accommodating. we needed a late check out and they made it possible.

last but not least i requested late check out and that was ignored as well

(+) nice to have a bar down stairs for a quick celebration (-)staff was not friendly. bar food was sub par, best to leave hotel for food options.

there was a pool which my kids were so happy about and the hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully for christmas

i would stay is this hotel again and again also i loved the late check out at 12 that gave us extra time to do what we had to do

man who checked me in saturday was nice and courteous but he was unsure about the policy of the late check out

asked two reps at the front desk because i'm at convocation with my church if we could have a late check out and they told us they would charge us almost half a charge of what it would normally
