friendly staff and almost family atmosphere, late check out, great location, parking no problem

wonderful breakfast each morning, very friendly staff

the breakfast was also good and i liked the fact you could go down and hang out at the bar while looking at the christmas decorations

the speak easy bar 5-7 pm complimentary cocktail hour with a beer/wine 1 free and assorted cheese and crackers

gym eqipment did not function properly i complained about same on last visit 6+ months ago

there was no water dispenser to get filtered water from in the lobby and the one in the gym was not working

there was a better breakfast -- only coffee, minimal food, would be nice to have juice & a few other choices, even

i like the full kitchen and the quietness. the location was great as well.

(+) nice to have a bar down stairs for a quick celebration (-)staff was not friendly. bar food was sub par, best to leave hotel for food options.

asked two reps at the front desk because i'm at convocation with my church if we could have a late check out and they told us they would charge us almost half a charge of what it would normally

man who checked me in saturday was nice and courteous but he was unsure about the policy of the late check out

great value- free wifi, large clean room with sofa, and coffee all day!
